De metallization film

De Metallization Technology Introduction

1.Demetallization Definition:

The process of removing metal from a material (the surface) through chemical to acheive a partial and selective design , especially from a material that has been metalized by metalizing machine or Aluminium foil laminates etc.

2. Demetallization Technology:

Demetallization technology allows us to selectively remove the metal from such metallized substrates and make them transparent from wherever the metal has been removed. As a result, specific texts or patterns can appear as transparent feature within an overall metallic film. We can create a simple window or even intricate fine line patterns and texts that are secure, and make it easy for the consumer to identify them.

Packaging made of demetallized film means excellent product exposure while maintaining the barrier properties of the metallised film, the freedom of “window” shapes allows an interesting and distinctive creation of packaging, possibility to apply a metallic element (text, logo, etc.) within a transparent “window” effect of real shades of silver, gold and other metallic colors. The highly refined packaging effect, thus giving the product a premium character, so can distinguish the finished product on the supermarket shelf.

3.Demetalised Packaging:
